Made up a doubler for the brow as I didn't want to rivet the brow on to just fibreglass as I believe that vibration would cause the rivets to loosen up over time and also as I am using rivnuts to secure the panel to the nose deck I wanted the rivnuts to pull up against ally not fibreglass for similar reasons.
