Fitted windshield to the nose deck using clecos and small bolt & nuts on sides where tension was too great for clecos. Positioned upper horizontal windshield support allowing the forward end to be approx 1/2" higher than aft end as per Rob Loneragan's instructions. Made new attachment plate for windshield support tube from 2mm alloy as factory one was to flimsy. Modified front of horizontal support by cutting new angle to match windshield angle.
This would have been one of the most difficult jobs since I started building. It was very hard to get the windshield to sit in what I thought was the best position. I would recommend the factory including better instructions and photos for future kit builders.
