Check fitted electric trim mechanism. Fitted plastic 1" saddle washers to vertical fin at top of trim plates instead of suppled 3/16 plastic washers for firmer mounting. Also added larger SS washers to channel bracket mounting bolts. Also used 1/4 plastic washers for better fit of actuator mount into boom tube bracket as too much play was present.
Manufactured new trim arm cylinder from thicker alloy tube as factory supplied one seemed too flimsy.
Preliminary fitting of trim cover. Will finish off when booom tube cover is fitted.
