Connected up tailwheel extension and retraction cables. System seemed to work fine however tailwheel strut was not tight up against the strut stop. Queried this with Rob Loneragan and he suggested I add another nylon pulley on a spring attached to the boom tube cluster bracket to take up the slack.
Adjusted lower bulkhead nylon extension cable pulley so that cable runs freely and away from channel bracket. Also had to grind down sides of the pulley so that it would turn freely when in operation and used 2 stainless 5/32 rivets to keep channel bracket in position.
