Refitted aileron torque tube and connected aileron cables. Found that ailerons were a little stiff to operate so adjusted position of the bottom nylon mounting block slightly up to align with the top block better and loosened off bottom nylon mounting block bolts to relieve tension on the cables. This worked well and now ailerons feel right.
