Had nylon bushing for top of aileron horn turned up on a lathe by IBS engineering Innisfail. Drilled 5/8" hole and tapped into place then drilled bolt hole, fitted retainer ring and rivet and also added another rivet to stop any movement.
Made and fitted internal alloy bush to bottom of horn.
