Cleaned up flap with MEK and appied fabric tape to all sharp edges of flap and to end cap ribs. Laid out fabric and trimmed to size then used Poly-Tac to fix fabric to bottom of leading edge. Will use 1 piece of fabric to cover entire flap so no join at trailing edge.
