Caut hole in turtle deck and fitted filler neck & vent. I assumed that the fuel hose from the tank inlet to the filler neck would be on quite an angle and would push against the flimsy turtle deck with a fair bit of force so I made a doubler for the filler neck and added a stainless steel washer for the vent.
