Added foam strips to top of boom tube where turtle deck fits to stop any vibration noise. Also added a foam strip to bottom of boom tube where tailwheel retraction cable runs in case pulley hits bottom of boom tube in turbulence.
Also bolted on cable to to top of attachment clip to allow strighter pull for cable.
