Used silicone to fix rubber hose to transom where boom tube sits to prevent chafing prior to fitting aft hull mount angles to transom & boom tube. Fitted boom tube collar then bolted aft angles on with stainless 1/4 bolts and nyloc nuts and rear clamp plates on inside of transom.
