Fitted tailwheel tyre to wheel. The tail fork oversleeve was too long by approx 2mm so had to file down so that the bearing would tghten up against the spacer and the retaining nut and also to allow the cotter pin to be installed. I think that the cotter pin is not long enough and will be replacing it with a longer one.
