Cut out approx 5mm from top of rear stringers to allow the bolt head to recess the stringer plus allow the channel bracket to sit on top of the stringer therefore allowing the bracket to sit lower on the sides of the stringer.
Cut out some extra nylon spacers to ones provided in the kit to place between lower bulkhead and channel bracket to allow above modification
Made up plates to sit on top of lower bulkhead tp spread the load of the nut and washer making it difficult for the nut to pull through the bulkhead. Etched primed brackets.
