Set up hull underneath frame to get ready to fit. Talked to Rob Loneragan regarding tips on how to fit the frame and he faxed me a template to use to show where to cut slots in the sides of the hull for the upper bulkhead. He also suggested to cut the hole in the transom so that when the turtle deck is fitted,it will lie on top of the boom tube so when the channel bracket for the trim actuator is riveted on, it won't crush down the fibreglass.
Layed the turtle deck into position and marked with a 5" diameter template then cut out transom with small cutter and then with dremel tool to finish. Cut up a piece of fuel hose to lay between transom and boom tube. Used template to cut slots in hull sides and lowered frame into position.
