The false spar runs behind the fuel tank and in front aft spar. It adds strength to the fuel tank bay. The blank was already cut to width but not to length. I trimmed the blank 0.032 material and calculated the bending dimensions and took it to a friend's shop. He has a very cool magnetic brake. Bent the flanges on the spar and four mounting flanges
