All the skins except the root skin have been mounted and drilled to the ribs. I have not drilled the skins to the spars. That will lock the shape of the wing in place, so I want to make sure any other work that involves the skin is completed first. I located and drilled the wing skin stiffeners to the top wing skin (image two) but again not to the false spar or the forward spar. That is the false spar in the image.
I need to order more aluminum for the root area and for the bottom of the wings. With all the tariffs aluminum has gotten expensive.
