Next was crawling inside the canopy to check the inside of the canopy, make a nice filet where I could reach and pull the tape off. I checked the aft portion of the canopy frame to see if any of the Sikaflex had been pressed out of the joint. There was not, which is what I wanted.
Tomorrow morning when I pull the canopy frame off the aircraft I will retape this area and place a nice bead of Sikaflex down. Then create a nice filet and pull the tape. You have 24 hours to work with the Primer. If you go beyond that you need to re-prime.
