Brief Description:  Pitot Static runs for ADAHRS - 01

The pitot tube and AOA lines have to run to the back of the aircraft to the ADAHRS box. So two issues have to be resolved; how to get into the fuselage and then to the aft portion of the aircraft. This would have been easy when I was assemblying the fuselage. Now it is a little more challenging. I already resolved the run to the aft portion of the aircraft (see entry on xxxxx.) Today I addressed the fuselage entry. In image one you can see the access hole for the aileron push tube and the two holes already in the skin (VOR cable and electrical.) The push tube moves in and out (obviously) but slightly forward and aft when this is elevator input. But there is no up or down movement. After several measurements I located the access points aft and above the electrical grommett. The pitot / AOA line will run under the push tube and over the electrical wires. To reduce stress on the lines coming out of the wing I changed their locations. I moved the VOR cable to the upper set of grommets and moved the pitot / AOA lines down one each. Of course I had to disconnect everything and fortunately I have not riveted the last skin on the wing.
