Brief Description:  Cabin fuel line fabrication - 01

I decided to buy teflon and steel lines from TS Flightlines instead of fabricating lines from the 3003 aluminum tubing. There are lots of RVs flying with aluminum tubing with no problems. But inside the cabin I wanted a little more security.

I went with TS Flightlines because of the number of positive reviews that I have read, and they were all correct. Tom does great work and believes in customer service. After some discussion I ordered the fuel lines. Very quickly, Tom shipped me three beautiful fuel lines. There was only one problem, he made exactly what I asked for NOT what I should have ordered.

There were three issues that needed to be resovled. First, is how to route the lines to the tanks, Second how to handle any potential for chaffing and the third was telling Tom what I really needed.
Due to the three photo limit I will spread this process out over several entries.
