I have been working on a design for the cabin vent mount. These are not the standard Vans mounts, but they are the same size. I decided to add a small panel underneath for the headset jacks. The images show the co-pilot vent with the instrument panel removed. The mount is ready to rivet to the skin, just needs some primer. I added 3/4" in length for the jacks so I added one more rivet hole in skin (5 instead of 4.)
