The left aileron is 3/32" above the line (or 1/32 different from the right aileron.) I am not sure about how much that difference will make in flight. This is probably going to be a test flight and adjustment process. Adjusting the aileron down 1/32 would mean adjusting the flap down 1/32 to maintain them together in level flight.
