I adjusted each flap pushtube length to get both flaps to extend the same amount. Van's manual wants the flaps to be between 40.0 to 45.0 degrees maximum. I taped the digital level to the flap and extended the flaps until the motor quit. At full extention the right flap is at 43.9 degrees and the left is 44.0. Well within Vans standard and a 0.1 degree difference could be within the bearings. I am not going to worry about that difference.
