Brief Description:  Flight controls

Today I assembled all the flight controls inside of the wings. Although nothing is torqued yet, I wanted to get those assembled to be ready to mount the flaps and ailerons. For those not familiar with RVs in general, the large pushtube is connected the flight controls inside the cockpit. Inside the wing it connects to the bellcrank which is connected to the pushtube running to the aileron. Image two shows the aileron connecting tube running up to back of the wings. The wings are in the wing rack with the leading edge facing down. The gold colored metal is actually the wing spar. The bell crank is bolted to the wing spar. In image 3 you can see bellcrank a little more easily. The green and blue tubes are the pitot and AOA lines that connect to the pitot tube.

I removed the pitot tube mount. I was just not happy with the installation. I am going to reinstall it next week.
