Brief Description:  Roll servo

I installed the Dynon roll servo in the right wing. The installation is pretty easy despite installing it backwards the first time. It took about 30 seconds for that to become apparent. Three issues came up during the install, one I fixed and two I will need to fabricate two brackets. The issue fixed can be seen in the third image. I had planned on running coax cable under the bell crank and the servo out to the wing tip. However, the servo sits too close to the wing spar for coax to run in between. I drilled two new 7/16" holes next to the orignial holes in the rib and moved the snap bushing to the new hole. These new holes will allow the cable to run above the servo motor through a bracket, yet to be made, that will attach to the bell crank attaching bolts and on to its destination. In image two you can see the two snap bushings in place

The second issue is also seen in image three. If you look at the wires coming out of the servo motor you can see where they are alreay touching the servo mounting hardware. I will slide some protective tubing over the wires and install another "yet to be made" bracket to hold everything clear.
