Today I needed to step back and start ordering all the additional parts for the wings. Something I should have done awhile ago. First I contacted Vans to order a replacement bushing for the one I cracked yesterday. Second I called Dynon and ordered the heated pitot / aoa tube and coordinated the return of my autopilot servos. The firmware needs to be upgraded to support Skyview. The upgrade is free of charge.
I did get to the hangar to accomplish a little work. SafeAir1 has a recall on their pitot tube mast. I needed to check mine to see if it was affected, it was not. While I had it out I quickly checked its proposed placement on the left wing. I will have to add a second 7/16" hole in the ribs for AOA line to run to the aircraft.
I prepped the aileron push tubes for priming and took them home. After finishing the exterior priming, I took them back to dry. Based on my work schedule they will be well cured in two weeks when I get back
