Brief Description:  Final bulkheads

Worked diligently to finish the remaining bulkheads today. I started with F-711 (I think that is the correct part number, they are starting to run together.) The first step is fabricating the stiffners that help support the tail section. The first photo shows drilling the rivet holes, but before that could occur I had to cut them to length and then trim them to fit the bulkhead. Its difficult to see in photo 2, but they are thinner at the bottom and the top 3 1/" of the outside edge is also trimmed in line with the bulkhead. Then drilled to match the rivet line. If you compare photo 2 and 3 you can see the bulkhead also needed to be trimmed. The U shaped hole allows the control tube for the flight controls to pass through.
