There were several steps needed before 706 was done. There were another AA that I needed to cut to size and then drill the one from yesterday and today to match the rivet line. If you track the parts they are F-728C and F-729C. Both of which were straight forward to finished. After that I reassembled everything, drilled to size and took it apart. There are about 10 rivet holes that needed to be dimpled / countersunk for flush rivet heads and everything needed to be deburred, etc, etc. Starting with this bulkhead everthing fabricated will be insided of the fuselage and not painted. So I have decided not to prime this portion of the aircraft. My 1965 Cherokee has no primer inside and has absolutely no rust. If it can make if 45 years so can this one. After deburring, etc I clecoed it back together and riveted everything but the F-728. You can see the clecos in the picture below. This gets riveted later.
