Before mounting the rudder I checked the length of the bearing placement. They were all a little short. After lengthing I mounted the rudder on the aircraft. Vans states the top of the rudder should be equal distant all around the VS and swing smoothly. I started chancing 1/16" at the top by adjusting the bearing lengths and ended up out of wack. Then I ran out of time. Tomorrow I will pull the rudder of, reset the bearings and remount it.
