With the wing off I could get access to the center section. There are (were) four bolts that I could not reach. I finally purchased a long enough 7/16" box wrench to reach into the center section. The two images show the bolts in the bottom of the center section. Yes, there is a reason they are not done already.
Using a washer wrench and the new box wrench I was finally able to get the nut on and torque it properly. Yes, it did take two hours. First the washer would slide off, then I would fight with the nut only to have the washer slide off again. I am really glad they are done. Two more to go!
