More small tasks completed today. I installed the two nutplates that hold the flap center bearing block in place (no photo), I finished the installation of the flap motor to the flap actuator housing and I riveted the arm rests to the side skins. I did not rivet the arm rests to the F-705 bulkhead. The first one I tried I mangled, so instead of continuing on I will drill that rivet out first.
It got pretty hot in the hangar, so I finished up cleaning the interior. I am at a point where I need to finish the paint on the baggage compartment. There are a few scratches to sand and prep for the paint as well as masking the non-paint areas. After the painting I can assemble all the various components (like the flaps) and move to the wings.
