Julie and I went to the hanger today, why yes it is Mother's Day. It was her idea. Anyway I needed a third and fourth hand to finish some work on the aft section. I missed a line of rivets, so we clecoed things back together and quickly drilled about 12 rivet holes. Julie bailed out at that stage and I went to work on taking F-712 rib out of the tail section. As I am changing over to a tail wheel I need to get the tail wheel mount between F-712 and F-711. The only way is to remove F-712. I drilled out around 16 rivets and pulled the bulkhead. Now I need to clean things up a little and get the tail wheel mount powder coated.
