Plenty of pictures, but the software only allows three per entry. So, I will break up today's work into multiple entries to get all the pictures added. First project was to create the F-717 lower longerons out of angle aluminum. After cutting them to length I needed to cut out one section to make room for the landing gear attaching web (see photo one.) The fuselage has a slight twist to it where these longerons attach, so into the vise and I got a little twisted. The final step was test fitting and slight modification to make sure we had a good fit before drilling to size.
