Brief Description:  Fitting the second longeron and side skin

No photos from today's work. We got back from San Diego around 11:00 and I got to the hagar around 12:30. The first step was to trim the second longeron and then cut the slot so it would fit around the F-711 bulkhead. With that finished I went to install the longeron only to discover I hadn't enlarged the slots in the various bulkheads. I thought I had that done when I did the other side. Oh well, a slight delay while I fixed that. With the longeron in place the next step was to install the F-770 side skin. That is when the visitors arrived. My next door neighbor (hangar neighbor) was test flying his aircraft so we chatted for awhile. Then the guy from down the hangar row stopped by to talk about his airplane that is stuck in Colorado. A trim wheel broke on his flight and he nursed it into Greeley. After they left I went back to work, but then another guy building a RV-7 stopped by. He was moving from a shared hangar to his own hangar. We talked for awhile. I got back to work. Then guy number two came back to talk about building an RV. That lasted for 45 minutes. I was there for four hours, but I did get the side skin clecoed on.
