Today was rivet and finish the VS day. I started by riveting the rear spar, hinges and stiffner together. After that is completed the four ribs are attached to the forward spar. Image two shows the ribs and forward spar together as I cleco the skin onto the ribs and spar. Riveting the skin is a two step process; cleco the skin to the forward spar and ribs and rivet those to each side of the VS skin. Once that is completed I inserted the rear spar and riveted it to the ribs and skin. Image three shows the completed VS. One more component completed.
