Brief Description:  Finished rudder

I completed the rudder today. I had left the trailing edge clecoed to a piece of angle aluminum to hold the edge straight while the RTV dried. Today I removed the clecos and finished riveting the trailing edge. The next step was forming the leading edge. Using a steel 1/2" pipe I slowly formed the curve of the leading edge. The pipe technique could not completely form the curve, so I finished using my hands. My wife came out to the hanger to assist me in completing the task. I held the two pieces in the correct shape while she clecoed them together. We started at the top of the rudder where the curve is smallest and worked our way down. After that the riveting was completed.
