Brief Description: de-burring, dimpling and countersinking
It took four hours to edge, dimple and countersink all the pieces. Its just slow repetitive work that has to be done. Two steps took more time than anything else. Dimpling the skin took longer than I thought. Working that piece of sheet metal around the C-dimpler was more difficult than I had imaged. The second piece that took a little bit of time was dimpling and counter sinking the aft spar. The spar dimpled fairly quickly, biut the doubler took miore time. It was the first time I had used the micro stop countersink. So, figuring out the tool added time to the process. Now I am ready to prime the inside of the VS.
