Got over to the hangar this morning for one more trim job. Last thing I did yesterday was to use the "paper clip" method and mark for a 3/8" clearance. This morning I repeated the same exercise just to make sure. I disassembled the baffle material and made the final trim (I hope), cleaned up all the edges and reassembled for a cowling fit and clearance check. All is good. I can finally move on to the next phase.
