Borrowing an engine hoist I pulled the engine off the pallet and moved it over to the engine stand. I wasn't sure the stand would work, but it just took time to adjust the arms of the engine stand too allow the steel pipe to align with the engine mount.
After getting everything align I tighten all the nuts and then lowered the hoist. I put in penetrant oil and rotated the engine upside down. I will leave this way for a few days and then rotate it 180 again. I also sprayed each piston with oil and put desiscant bags and plugs in to the engine.
