Continued to work on the elevators today. Somehow I managed to mis-read the directions and I counter-sunk the sheetmetal that attaches to the right elevator counter weight. Soooo, I will use the sheet-metal part from the left elevator and continue working. I will order the replacement after updating this log and by the time I am ready for it, it will be here. To make the day even better my 6" bench grinder quit working. The switch light lights up but no movement from the motor. I am not sure if Craftsman has a life time warranty on electric tools, but I hope so. The grinder was only eleven months old.
