I was not satisfied with the fit of the left wing tip. The edge had too much gap in two places. So I laid up three layers of glass on the inside that added about 3/16" to the edge. Using a piece of angle aluminum I sanded the new edge down to give me a straight edge. It is still not perfect (image one) but it will work.
I decided to add aluminum reflectors under the lighting that will go in the wingtips. I used 0.020" so I am not adding a lot of weight. After I get the lighting mounts installed I will polish the surface. The images show the left and right wing tip; the center green dot is where the strobe will be mounted and the three dots in a triangle is for the position lights.
