Well, the ramps are almost done. Today was spent forming and fitting two conical gussets that attach the bottom and outside walls of the ramps. Hand creating / forming the conical shape took a lot of time and surprisingly the second one took more time than the first. You can see the gusset in all three images still covered in the protective blue plastic.
The goal is to form the conical shape to match the decreasing angle of the ramp and the curve of the lower cowling. Interesting challenge, glad its done.
