Attached the stainless steel cabin heater box to the firewall and fabricated a small angle bracket to manage the heater cable (see image two.) I shamelessly stole the idea from another builder's website, Bruce Hill. This gives a straight shot for the cable to the heater attachment.
Built up the wheels and tires. Next on the list is packing the bearings and pressing them in place. Then it will time to mount the gear and get the plane on its wheels.
