Brief Description:  Rerouting strobe wiring - 02

Finished re-routing the strobe wiring. Image one shows the left flap "bay." If you look just to the right of the flap arm you can see the strobe wire. It comes through the bullkhead, through a clamp and aft to the baggage compartment bulkhead. The number six screw head in the center of the image is holding a clamp under the floor. The strobe cable runs through that clamp and the clamp ensures the cable does not interfere with the flaps.

This re-routing means re-routing the ADAHRS cable. I want as much distance from the EMI pulse of the strobes as I can get. So now it runs along the top of the aft compartment and down to the network hub. I have not finished installing Adel clamps. I am still studying the area of the elevator pushtube bellcrank. I need to ensure there will be no interference. I am pretty sure I have a solution, but I need to draw it up.

Just those two things took four hours. Getting those clamps under the floors and the nuts on took much longer than I had anticipated. The last hour I started to install the aileron manual trim. I am about half way done. That will be first tomorrow, then the engine mount.
