Second problem was mounting the aft position / strobe light. I needed to drill a 1.4" hole in the aft portion of the lower rudder. I used a 1 3/8" hole saw and then my dremel tool to sand it to the size I needed. I still need to fabricate a small mounting backet to epoxy to the end of the fairing. The light will screw into the bracket. Image two is the bracket that holds the light cover to the light housing. It is a good model for the bracket I will make for the fairing. I need to find a piece of .125X3"x3" aluminum to cut a bracket.
Image three shows the light on the fairing but nothing is holding it in place.
