I finished riveting the gascolator doubler and mounted the gascolator. I believe that is last item I can get on the firewall before continuing. There will be other items, but finishing the canopy is more important at this stage and I want to rivet that forward skin before attaching the plexiglass.
My wife helped me put the canopy back on, I swear it changed while it was off the aircraft. I know it didn't but it seems that way. There are a few items that need attention before I apply the adhesive and complete the canopy attachment.
I also worked on the elevator fiberglass tips. The HS tips are ready for fiberglass so I will make a trip to Tap Plastics to stock up.
