Finished drilling the hinge pin holes to size and setting the bushing in place. Image one shows one bushing almost in place and image two shows how I set them, using a hand squeezer and a flush rivet set. After both were completed I put the frame back on the aircraft to check the final fit and hinge movement.
Everything seems to work smoothly. Tomorrow I will put the frame skin on and double check the fit and hinge operation.
