The Tech Counselor also pointed out that I had not installed the aileron stops. So after a lengthy review of the plans I fabricated the stops. These stops are 1/2" wide by 1" long. The problem is getting them into position and riveting them in place. I reviewed several web sites searching for an easy way to position the stops in the right location, holding them place, drilling the rivet hole and riveting them in place. I did not like any of the solutions so I made my own. In both images you can see the rudder stops and the jig I made to get them in the correct location.
Rather than write a long description you can see images when I rivet them on tomorrow.
