Brief Description:  Static system

I had an hour to get some work done so I ran over to determine if the T fitting I found would work as a replacement. The tubes are not as long but the barbs are larger. That means the small clear tubing had to stretch more to get over the barbs. More importantly, the larger static tubing also just fits over the barb. Tight enough for the static system to have no leaks. I plan on applying non-corrosive RTV to the static line connection and to the back edge of the blind rivets tomorrow. It was too cold in the hangar to apply RTV. If fact, I brought the RTV home so it can stay warm until tomorrow.

I also tried the fit of the static line clips I made. The second image shows it clecoed to the longeron and the third image shows the line passing through the bulkhead, through the clip and up to the T fitting. I will fit everything in the morning.
