One of the tasks needed to be completed for both wings is fabricating an aileron alignment reference tool. After finsihing the bottom skin drilling and dimpling I started on fabricating the tool. I used the same angle aluminum piece that I had used when building the rudder. I drilled two holes to match the tooling holes in the outboard rib and mounted it on the rib. I found I really needed two bushing to get the correct spacing away from the rib. Interestingly the two bushing I made for the other wing fit perfectly. You can see the bushing in the third image.
