Brief Description:  Multiple items

Today I riveted the two aileron gap brackets to the wings. I love my air rivet squeezer. Get the die set adjusted and you can just go down the line setting rivets. I even used it to dimple the top wing skin before setting these rivets.

Next task was to finish wiring the roll servo. I had already finished the connectors on the wire run, just needed to finish the connectors right at the servo. Of course the connectors are there in case I ever need to pull the servo out for maintenance. It is hard to tell in the image below but the servo sits on the wing spar directly above an access panel in the bottom of the wing. In the third photo you can see an Adel clamp I need to attach to the rib to support the wiring. I am also going to cover the two wire bundles with spiral wrap.

This finishes the work on the right wing, except for the last bottom skin and the wing tip. The wing tip is going to have to wait. As soon as I finish the inside of the left wing I will mount the wings. The left wing needs the pitot tube / AOA lines connected and the Dynon pitot tube heat control box mounted and wired.
