Slight misalignment flap/aileron. After reviewing plans, discovered plans are incorrect for perfect alignment (either flap dimensions slighly big or ailerondimendions slightly small. After discussion on forum and with Sonex Tech Services, decided to reposition aileron hinge to get closer alignment at nuetral. NOTE: Most other builders just live with slight misalignment and lower flaps while parked so the misalignment is not noticed. Sonex tech said they were aware if issue (but John doesn't seem to know) and said OK to either reposition hinge or leave as is.
